Ian McCurdy heads our Trusts/Estates practice with the able assistance of Marissa Anderson who has been with us since 1991.
Solutions

Counsel
In addition to our estate planning services, we provide compassionate and efficient counsel following the death of a loved one. We have significant experience representing estate executors as they manage and protect the assets of an estate. We also represent trustees of revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts and provide counsel regarding trustee duties and distribution obligations.
